Pricing questions
Is there a setup or implementation fee?+
No. Unlike systems that charge thousands to get started, EDSI VMS has no setup fee on any tier. You start on a flat monthly price, month-to-month.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Every tier is month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. If you prefer, pay annually and get two months free.
Do you charge per veterinarian?+
Tiers include a set number of vet accounts (Starter 1, Professional up to 3, Practice unlimited), but there is no per-revenue-vet surcharge stacked on top of your subscription — a structural difference from systems like HVMS.
Are text messages and mailed statements extra?+
No — email and SMS notifications are included in your monthly subscription on every tier. Statement delivery routes by each owner’s preference — email, mailed paper, or both — from a single batch run.
What if I’m switching from another system?+
Data migration is quoted per source system, and the Practice tier includes data-import assistance and an onboarding training call. Tell us what you’re coming from on the demo and we’ll scope it honestly.
