Cards on file, charged with one approved run.

Statements are only half the job — collection is the other half. EDSI keeps owners’ cards on file securely and lets your staff run an approved auto-charge that emails receipts and applies each payment oldest-invoice-first.

What you get

  • Securely stored cards on file — tokenized by Stripe, Authorize.Net, or PayJunction, never stored raw.
  • Preview → approve → charge: staff review the run before any card is charged.
  • Emailed receipts on every successful charge.
  • Payments apply oldest-invoice-first, flipping invoices to partial or paid automatically.
  • One-click bulk run for month-end, or charge a single owner on demand.

PCI-safe by design

EDSI never stores raw card numbers. Cards are tokenized client-side by your chosen processor — Stripe, Authorize.Net, or PayJunction — so what lives in EDSI is a token, not a card. Your practice collects the card details on your own intake form; the owner never needs a login.

Approval before money moves

Auto-charge isn’t a black box. Staff preview the full run — who’s being charged and how much — and approve it before any card is touched. Successful charges email a receipt and post against the oldest open invoice first, so balances stay clean.

Auto-charge cards on file — questions

Does EDSI store credit card numbers?+

No. Cards are tokenized by your processor (Stripe, Authorize.Net, or PayJunction) and only a token is stored — never the raw card number. This keeps card handling PCI-safe.

Can staff review charges before they run?+

Yes. The auto-charge flow is preview → approve → charge. Nothing is charged until a staff member approves the run.
